Paintings and drawings with parallel and intersecting lines
I am intrigued by ‘something that is thought’ or the object of an ‘act of thought’. The title of the series NOUMENON is derived from a term in philosophy; it’s generally used in contrast with, or in relation to, the term phenomenon, which refers to any object of the senses. The title, of course, contradicts itself.
