Presentatie Atjar Tafelkleed met proeverij
U bent van harte welkom op de presentatie van het Atjar, kroepoek, pisang ondezoek met een proeverij. Eén resultaat van het onderzoek is het tafelkleed. Inmiddels is de Eerste Editie bijna uitverkocht. Op verzoek van belangstellenden werk ik inmiddels aan een Tweede Editie met iets groter formaat (140 x 300cm). In het verlengde hiervan heb ik placemats ontworpen met delen uit het grote kleed.
Graag vertel ik over de namen van de verschillende ingrediënten en over de historische wetenswaardigheden die ik tijdens het samenstellen van het kleed te weten ben gekomen. Sommige typische specerijen, vruchten en smaakmakers die in Nederland te krijgen zijn, liggen op tafel zodat u deze kan vastpakken en ruiken. Daarnaast kunt u proeven van de hartige en zoete snacks en gerechten die op tafel staan. U gaat niet hongerig naar huis!

Please join us for a presentation of the Atjar, kroepoek, pisang research with tasting of Indonesian snacks and deserts. One result of the survey is the tablecloth. Meanwhile, the First Edition is almost sold out. At the request of those interested, I am now working on a Second Edition with slightly larger size (140 x 300cm). As an extension of this, I have designed placemats with parts of the large tablecloth.
With pleasure I will tell you about the names of the various ingredients and the historical facts I learned while putting the tablecloth together. Some typical spices, fruits and flavourings available in the Netherlands are on the table for you to hold and smell. In addition, you can taste the savoury and sweet snacks and dishes on the table. You will not go home hungry!
